Take 1 Hair Studio opened in Hollister,Mo in September 2008.

Owner Lindsay Cooley saw creative potential in the now quaint and cozy studio. “I wanted a salon without the hustle and bustle. I want our clients to feel comfortable and special and know that our attention is focused on them.”

Lindsay Cooley/Owner-Stylist

Graduated from Vincennes Beauty College in Vincennes,Indiana in 2006. She immediatley opened her own hair salon in Olney,Illinois. She is a color-correction specialist and focuses a lot of her time correcting client color mishaps. ” I dedicate myself to the color industry. Like music, color makes you dance to a different tune. I love the Italian color line, It’s Color from Artego. I wouldn’t use anything on my clients that I wouldn’t use on myself. It’s vibrance and shine is sensational.” Her successfulness and creativity brought her back to the town that she loved Branson,MO. Shortly after moving back to the area she opened a small salon providing hair services in Hollister,MO in 2008. Since then her growing clientele has forced her into a  larger full-service salon in downtown Hollister. “I never imagined that I could make money doing what I love!! It just comes naturally. Current Stylists  include Kelly Cason, Cathy Snowden, Kim Renfro, Tamara Gass. Bio’s coming soon!
